Designs by Rhakagi is a sister company to R Web Designs LLC , Designs by Rhakagi is an online store that creates Historical Black University and College inspired, interior accent décor such as: HBCU inspired, throw pillows, throw blankets and laptop sleeves.

2.3 Designs produced by Us

Any designs produced by us for you will remain our intellectual property and may not be used in any other written consent.
The technology , and all content included in, our website, including but not limited to graphics, text or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Designs by Rhakagi / R Web Designs LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

3. Pricing Terms & Payment Terms

The price of the products, Services and our delivery Charges will be as quoted on our website.
Your total price will include the product price plus any applicable sales tax; such state and local sales tax based on the shipping address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product. We will charge tax only in states and other territories where the goods sold over the internet are taxable. Product and Service prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time. Purchases are made to be paid in full payment by PayPal or credit card.

4. Order Terms

After placing an order, you will receive an online notification to your email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order is packaged and shipped.

5. Delivery Terms

The price of delivering the product will be quoted on our website.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at designsbyr@yahoo.com

6. Cancellation Rights

Products delivered to you, you may be canceled if the product was damaged within 7 working days, starting from the date after you receive the products. In the event that you received a product that is damaged on delivery then please send us an email with a subject line that says “damaged product” email at designsbyr@yahoo.com as soon as possible with a picture of the damage. If a Product is returned to us damaged and we have not received a message from you about the product being damaged when you received it then your right to cancel or receive a refund may be void.

7. Risk of Loss

Any merchandise purchased from our website will be shipped by a third party carrier. Therefore, title and risk of loss or damage for such merchandise will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. All damaged , missing shipments or items must be reported within 7 days of shipping to quality for a replacement or refund based on the product availability. If the product is available, a replacement will be shipped and a refund will not be considered or issued. A replacement will be issued only for damaged products and which does not include blemishes to packaging as part of a damaged item.

8. Returns and Exchanges

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at designsbyr@yahoo.com!

9. Refunds

If an order is cancelled in accordance with our cancelations rights defined above, then we will refund the product price only and will not include shipping and handling costs incurred at the time of purchase as soon as possible following cancellation and if any case within 7 days following cancellation.
